* The contractual minimum term for an "As a Service" is 18 months. A setup fee of CHF 7'500.- will be charged once for ramp-up, setup and platform deployment.

Solution Outline: In a personal workshop on site we define the scope and the big picture of the application.

Playlab: Afterwards we create a Playlab with your data on our cloud platform (data extract, no live connection). In the Playlab we verify your concrete requirements.

Release 1.0: Release 1.0 corresponds to the agreed scope of functions. The implementation is cost-effective remote by us. Release 1.0 includes 3 revisions in which you can easily correct your requirements. Afterwards the acceptance will be done by you. The implementation of Release 1.0 is included in the monthly agreed service price!

Changes and Operation & Support: The monthly fixed price already includes a certain number of changes. You can always adjust your application to new circumstances, or the solution can grow gradually. Your solution will be overwhelmed by us (monitoring) and if necessary our support is available within the agreed service level.
